What is a Revolution?
Some people fear the word REVOLUTION. Cesar Chavez stated that the revolution is in the mind and in the heart. The revolution
need not be violent. If we overthrow complacent attitudes and begin to desire the spirit that made this UNION great, we will
start a REVOLUTION. Through renewed attitudes and desires, we will seek the changes necessary in both the Management and in
our Union to bring Justice and Dignity to our workplace. We need Management to live up to the Contract and Workers right laws.
We need our Union Leadership to live up the their UAW Constitutional oath.
